SPECIALIZED PRODUCTS Fabrication Products: We manufacture heavy duty circuit board structures. Being highly labour intensive work, our technicians pay outmost care in manufacturing the structure and ensuring safety and quality. We will work to design and manufacture the products based on your requirements. We also manufacture other fabrication products including hazard railing, roadside light bulb cover, protector frames and many other similar products. Since this involves designing products that changes based on specific requirement we follow a complete quality circle to ensure that the products have the desired specifications. The steps followed are as follows: 1. Discuss the requirement with client 2. Design the product and discuss the pros and cons of the design to take customer feedback 3. Adjust design as customer feedback 4. Develop a full scale prototype (or as required) to take customer input on the final product 5. Mass produce it ensuring quality and safety as agreed upon in the design phase |
